Shipping

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. As we are a small business, please allow reasonable processing time before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation where applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier, and any delays outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Returns

As a small business, we do not operate a standard returns service for change-of-mind returns.

However, if you are unhappy with your item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Where eligible, we may offer a partial refund to your original payment method, and you may be allowed to keep the item.

Partial refunds are offered at our discretion and may depend on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, and the evidence provided.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order details.

Once the fault has been reviewed and accepted, we will issue a free reprint/replacement and send it out to you at no extra cost.

Manufacturing faults may include printing errors, production defects, or damage caused before delivery. This does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, or accidental damage after delivery.
